  • Orders under $100: A flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

We manage all logistics to ensure a smooth, worry-free delivery for our North American customers:

  • United States: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free. For your peace of mind, we guarantee that you will not face any additional customs charges upon delivery.
  • Canada: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden taxes or surprise COD (Cash on Delivery) fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Processing: Please allow 2-4 business days for our artisans to hand-inspect and prepare your order.
  • Transit Time: Usually 7-15 business days to most North American destinations.

Fulfillment Center: To maintain direct quality control over our artisan creations, all orders are shipped from our specialized fulfillment center in mainland China. Our Hong Kong-based team oversees every shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.
