30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@serenelucky.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. As our items feature natural minerals and hand-hammered brass, slight variations in texture and color are not defects—they are the unique fingerprints of nature.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
